I ordered this coat back in May and I paid for and received it by
December for my birthday. Just lovely!!! I did have to exchange it
because I put on a few pounds by the time that I got it and it was a little
too snug but Mimi was so wonderful and so gracious. They exchanged it with no problem and I had my new coat 3 weeks later. I highly recommend this company. I,like others was skeptical about ordering a mink coat online, but you cannot go wrong with Madison Avenue Mall!!!

What a FANTASTIC first fur! I've been contemplating the purchase but I wasn't sure what to expect. After speaking with the sales staff, I was feeling pretty good, until I received my package... WOW! Good is not the best way to explain just how I'm feeling right now! This jacket is the...well, you know what it is!! I am in love with myself right now. Thanks Madison Ave, for hooking me up!

Mimi, I wanted to let you know that I got the coat today and it is wonderful. It is worth noting that the box was literally nearly torn in half, but the coat was fine....thankfully! I also wanted to thank you for the exceptional service. You were easy to work with and did everything you said you would do, when you said you would do it.....which is sometimes hard to find.. And most importantly the coat is fabulous and my wife loves it.
