When I initially ordered this cute little bag, the color I chose was too dark for my coat. I followed all of the procedures for exchanging the bag for the right color, AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The turnaround time for the exchange was very quick, and the replacement bag was the EXACT COLOR of my coat. Needless to say, I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED, and will be ordering from this company again. I have a landmark birthday coming up next year...so I'm starting to save now for the "special gift" I want to buy from this very efficient and customer friendly company. THANKS!!
