I was apprehensive about my purchase online. In talking with John, before, during and after the purchase I couldn't be happier. My wife loves the blue fox coat #88. The look in her eyes and the smile on her face was a wonder to behold. It brought out the little girl in every woman at the sight of her gifts from Santa. I thank everyone at Madison Mall and John for a very special Christmas. I recomend them to everyone. Thanks again.

I received my Mink Fur Coat w/ swirl panel design today and I am so amazed at how great it is. I wasn't sure that it would fit or what the quality of the garment would be having ordered it online. It is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I cannot say enough about it and I have no regrets at all. I would recommend Madison Ave Mall to everyone and plan on purchasing another( 3/4 length) jacket some day from your company. The customer service is outstanding and they communicated with me every step of the way up until the next day that my coat was delivered. Awesome company!! Keep up the good work. I don't know what else to say other than to try a purchase and I promise that you will be back and or recommend to your friends and family.

I'm a first time shopper with your store. I was a bit hesitant to order a major purchase of this sort via internet but I received my coat and all anxiety disappeared! This coat is awesome! Excellent quality, classy, simply gorgeous coat and your customer service was more than excellent! Thank you, so much.
