Like most, I had doubts about ordering a fur online. After viewing several other online fur vendors, this coat caught my eye, and the price was almost too good to be true. With the option of a refund, I was persuaded to order. WOW. The fur is fabulous, the assembly perfect, the quality over the top. I now have 3 furs from Madisonavemall.com, and all 3 are absolutely fabulous, luxurious and gorgeous, Customer service is beyond compare, and John K is great to work with. Glad I found this online treasure trove.
